Constitution and By-laws

The Ladies Guild was founded through a constitution, which establishes officers elected annually. Our bylaws regulate how the organization operates. The purpose of the Sacred Heart Ladies Guild is…

  • To foster a spirit of fellowship and faith for the women of the parish.
  • To support and aid Sacred Heart parish women in their spiritual journey through prayer, charitable work, and camaraderie.
  • To assist in the hospitality of the parish and extend the hand of friendship.
  • To offer financial assistance and resources through fundraising and charitable works for the needs of local charitable organizations.

      Annual Calendar

The Ladies Guild holds 10 regular monthly meetings (September – June) on the first Monday of the month (rescheduled if a holiday). The Ladies Guild sponsors many fun and worthwhile events each year, including a Fall Bazaar on the first Saturday of October, a flea market the first Saturday in February, and a Lenten retreat.
